Workforce Development Administrator (Full time)
Vocational & Day Services is looking for a motivated, energetic person to serve as a Workforce Development Administrator.  The Workforce Development Administrator is responsible for networking with the business community to create job opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  The Workforce Development Administrator will procure and develop contracts and oversee the start-up of new work sites.  The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, marketing and/or employment development. Minimum qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus six years of relevant professional, administrative, or supervisory experience. Center Based Job Coach (Full-time)
Vocational and Day Services Division has vacancy for individual who is professional, energetic, creative and has experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Successful applicant must have a minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalency plus five years relevant experience; or at least 18 years of age and six years of experience (five of which must be relevant experience). Thirty relevant credit hours may be substituted for one year of experience. Experience in job and skill development and behavior management a plus. Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds and be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing, frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pulling and pushing. Hours will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Applicant must have a valid MD, DC or VA driver’s license and the ability to transport program participants. Respite Recruiter (Part-time)

Store Manager
