Community Builder (Part-time)
Vocational & Day Services has an exciting opportunity for an energetic and creative person who is willing to be part of a team effort to connect adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to their community. The successful candidate will be able to teach program participants work/life skills and then assist him/her to apply these learned skills to “real life situations.” This position requires as well the ability to educate members of the community regarding full inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities. Knowledge of Microsoft and applications for the iPad are a plus. Must be able to transport program participants in your own vehicle.
