Transition Times is a group for families of individuals with developmental differences who are transitioning to adult life. Participants can become informed about the range of issues facing transitioning youth and their families, learn how other families have faced challenges or solved a problem, network to learn about opportunities in the community, and support and be supported by other families through social connections.
For the 2011-2012 year, Transition Times will be meet from 7:30-9 pm on September 21, October 19, November 16, January 18, February 15, February 9 (with MCTrans), March 21, April 18 and May 16. All meetings are held at The Arc Montgomery County, 11600 Nebel Street, Rockville, MD 20852.
