programs and services available throughout Montgomery County. Attendees will have
the opportunity to learn about a wide range of supports, including: Medicaid Waivers, Medicare Guide Program, Respite Coordination, Long-Term Care Supports, Veterans Services
Additional resources will highlight housing options, transportation assistance, food
programs, and other services that help aging adults and their caregivers thrive.
