    This ambitious free arts festival returns to DC for a second year at various locations around DC with primary hubs at City Center DC, River Barge Anacostia, Capitol and Georgetown Riverfront, Smithsonian and Union Stations.     Calling all athletes, aged 3 to adults! Have a ball testing your mettle on age appropriate obstacle courses (suspended and stability).
